 | Everyone Belongs...Regardless of age, race, ability or financial status, the Gallatin Valley YMCA exists to offer fun and healthy camps and programs for all. Whether it's our flag football program, our youth basketball leagues or our summer day camps, each program integrates the YMCA's core values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility. Y's are for people of all faiths, races, abilities, ages and incomes. No one is turned away for inability to pay. The YMCA's strength is in the people they bring together. While our programs and services have evolved, our mission to create a community where all people, especially the young are encouraged to develop to their fullest potential in spirt, mind and body has and will remain steadfast. With the support of our community, The Gallatin Valley YMCA will continue to work towards constructing a new facility on our 17 acres located in the 100 Acre Park near Baxter Meadows where we will offer a safe and caring environment, creative activities, health and wellness programs and opportunities to serve the needs of others. Our PledgeEach year, we receive many scholarship requests from families who cannot afford even our low fees. Through the generosity of our donors, our annual Strong Kids Campaign and fund raising events, we will continue to grow our programs to meet the needs of our community. It is our pledge that within the available resources of the Gallatin Valley YMCA, we will provide services for any youth or adult who desires to participate, regardless of their ability to pay. |

 | Andrea StevensonInterim CEO and 'Chief Mission Control Officer', Gallatin Valley YMCAThe Gallatin Valley YMCA is pleased to welcome Andrea Stevenson as the new interim CEO. Andrea has lived in the Gallatin Valley for 15 years and has enjoyed success as a business owner, advertising and marketing consultant, events organizer and fund raising executive. But her best job to date has been as "Family CEO" to her husband and 2 boys, 2 dogs, cat, and goldfish. Just like many working parents, Andrea does the daily 'kid shuffle' and knows how challenging running kids to athletic events, music lessons, after school care or tutors can be. That's why she's chosen to come on board as the 'Chief Mission Control Officer' for the Gallatin Valley YMCA.Working closely with many of the schools in Gallatin and Park Counties, area non-profits, community leaders and the Board of Directors, Andrea hopes to create programs that not only teach fundamentals of sports, but provide children and working families with fun, quality programs that help parents as they balance work and family. Feel free to contact Andrea at 994-9622 or andrea@gallatinvalleyymca.org. |
