Flag Football

For Children (Boys and Girls) Entering Grades K- 4th
Separate divisions will be formed for K/1st and 2nd through 4th grades.

Teams Formed: Teams will be formed by grade level and school. Grades K and 1st will be joined and 2nd, 3rd, 4th grade will each have their own divisions. Sorry, but special requests cannot be honored.

Coaches Meeting: All those interested in coaching will meet prior to the season starting at the Bozeman Public Library in the small conference room.
Coaches Application

Practices: Practices will take place at neighbor schools and parks. Coaches will contact their players regarding practice days and locations following the coaches meeting.

Games: Each team will play a game each Saturday.

Equipment: Players should wear YMCA T-shirts, shorts or sweats. Tennis shoes or molded, once piece cleats. All players are required to wear a mouth guard. The YMCA will provide 1 mouth guard for each player. No watches, rings, necklaces or other jewelry will be permitted. No body pads.

Fee: $70.00

Directions to Game Sites:

Belgrade Game Site--Lewis and Clark Park:
The Lewis & Clark Park is located in Belgrade on East Main Street next to the Belgrade Rural Fire Station.
**Please note: Games on Saturday, September 19th will be played at Prairie View Park. From the Frontage Road, turn south on Arizona Street. The park is on the 600 block of Arizona. All other games will be played at Lewis & Clark Park.
Bozeman Game Site--Bozeman Softball Complex:
Take East Main Street to Highland Blvd. The Softball Complex is on the left as you head toward the hospital.

YMCA youth sports are for boys and girls and organized by your child’s school and grade level. Teams practice once or twice a week at local schools or parks. Coaches will contact you about practice days, times and locations after the coaches meeting.

Registrations will also be accepted after the registration deadline – there will be a $5.00 late fee and players will be put on teams where there is still room available.

Program fees include: T-shirts, certificates, field monitors, one mouthpiece and any needed equipment and facility fees.

Coaches are needed – volunteer today!
