Thank you for your interest in our 2010 Summer Day Camp! Planning is underway and we are looking forward to another summer filled with fun!  Registration is OPEN! 

Our camps serve children entering Kindergarten through 6th grade. They operate on weekly themes with developmentally-appropriate activities. The themes for the 2010 Season are as follows:

Week 2: June 14-18 ~ Around the World Week (Bozeman Site Opens)--Museum of the Rockies

Week 3: June 21-25 ~ Arts and Theater Week--Arts on Fire

Week 4: June 28-July 2 ~ Red, White and Blue Week ~ Happy Birthday USA!--Big Timber Waterslide Park

PLEASE NOTE: Week 4 is the last week of camp in Livingston. Weeks 5 through 11 will be offered in Bozeman and Belgrade only.

Week 5: July 5-9 ~ Adventure Week--Spire Rock Climbing Gym

Week 6: July 12-16 ~ Farm and Garden Week--Amaltheia Farms

Week 7: July 19-23 ~ Western Round-Up Week--Gallatin County Fair

Week 8: July 26-30 ~ Team Spirit Week--Bowling!

Week 9: August 2-6 ~ Community Week--To be determined

Week 10: August 9-13 ~ Wacky Science Week--Lewis and Clark Caverns

Week 11: August 16-20 ~ Wet 'n' Wild Week--Big Timber Waterslide Park

Cost: $150 per week

We are offering a 20% discount for the second child (and any additional children) from the same family, excluding scholarships.

Deposit: A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required per session at the time of registration. This deposit will secure your child's place for that session and will be applied toward the total cost. Sessions must be paid in full the Monday before the attending session (one full week in advance). Unpaid campers will not be allowed to attend sessions and they will lose his or her reservation.

Supply Fee: There is a one-time $25 non-refundable, non-transferrable supply fee that must be paid at the time of registration. This is the same whether your child is attending for one week or all summer.

Please note: We will not be issuing daily punch cards/vouchers or accepting partial payments for days attended. This summer is packed with fun activities and awesome trips. We hope parents will see the value of attending full week sessions.

Bozeman Location: Kirkwood Baptist Church, 309 N. 15th Avenue

Belgrade Location: Belgrade Baptist Church, 608 Jackrabbit Lane

Livingston Location: First Baptist Church, 202 East Lewis Street

Each weekly session includes swim time, arts and crafts, songs, a special event and value sessions that build caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. All activities are included in your program fees so your children can expect fun, adventure, and challenges every week. Register for the entire summer or choose the theme and week that most interests your child.

We operate from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm. Drop-off is from 7:30 am until 9 am, with structured activities taking place between 9 am and 4 pm. Pick up is no later than 5:30 pm. Please note that on field trip days the bus leaves at 9 am and will return by 4:30 pm .

To submit, please mail the forms to PO Box 10158, Bozeman, MT 59719 or drop them off in our office during business hours. In order for registration to be complete, we must receive the following: Registration Form, Child Information Form, Consent Agreement Form, $25 per child per session, $25 one-time supply fee per child. We cannot accept any registration forms without payment. We accept cash and checks made payable to Gallatin Valley YMCA. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
