WHAT ARE THE DATES OF CAMP FOR THE SUMMER OF 2025?

Adventure Day Camp:  Hope Lutheran/Gallatin Valley YMCA - June 16 - Aug 20:  Ridge View - June 16 - Aug 15

Camp operates from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Drop-off is between 7:30 am - 9 am. Pick-up is 4 pm - 5:30 pm.

 

Specialty Camps: Gallatin Valley YMCA - June 16 - Aug 15, Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm/1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

 

Sports Camps: Gallatin Valley YMCA - July 7 - July 28, Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm/1:00 pm - 4:00 pm 

WHAT IS THE CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please review the following Updated Summer Camp Cancelation Policy:

  • Cancellations made before May 1st will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid to date.
  • Cancellations made after May 1st will forfeit the entire amount paid to date. *Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Your child will not be able to attend camp until ALL account balances are paid *balances owed will remain on the account until paid - including balances from previous years.
  • The YMCA does not prorate tuition or give credit for absences or withdrawals once a program has started.
  • The YMCA staff reserves the right to dismiss disruptive individuals or campers with behavioral difficulties without a refund. 
  • All camps are subject to cancellation or changes - Check the website for updates.

WHEN ARE CAMP DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS REQUIRED?

Non-refundable, non-transferable payments are required at the time of registration. 

Choose from any of the following payment options below. Please note Camp must be paid in full by June 1, 2025 to attend summer camp.

Payment Plan 1: Paid In Full at the Time of Registration. Please see the payments page in the Look Book to take advantage of some savings.

Payment Plan 2: 5 payment installments starting with the first payment due at the time of registration, March 1st, April 1st, May 1st & June 1st.
