Child Watch Associate

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INDIVIDUAL MUST BE AVAILABLE AT MINIMUM THE FOLLOWING TIMES: Wednesday, 7:50 am to 11:45 pm. Friday, 7:50 am to 11:45 pm. Child Watch Attendants provide a safe, caring, and enriching environment for members' children to enjoy while their parents use YMCA Facility. All Child Watch staff will be responsible for the overall successful day-to-day running of the Y Child Watch program and for high-quality childcare. Provides a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on the YMCA values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.

Membership Associate

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Monday - Friday 5 - 9 AM, Saturday 7:30 - 5 pm, Sunday 12 - 5 pm. Applicants should be willing to work flexible shifts, including morning openers, afternoons, weekends, and evenings. Under the supervision of the Membership Director, the Membership Associate delivers excellent service to all members, program participants, donors, volunteers, and guests of the Gallatin Valley YMCA. The outstanding associate will respond professionally and politely to member and guest needs, promote membership and programs, and maintain cleanliness and organization of area and systems. The Member Associate is a great communicator, enthusiastic, and committed to the mission and cause of the YMCA. PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE at minimum during the following time. Mon-Thursday 3:00-6:00 Friday 2:00-5:30 Provides direct supervision of a group of children aged 5-12 in the After School Program. Director, Early Learning

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofi t committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Under the supervision of the CEO and/or the VP of Youth Development, the Early Learning Director is responsible for the administration of all operations relating to the YMCA Child Care Center (Healthy Learning Academy, or HLA) and Early Learning Programs. The Director oversees the management of programs, volunteer and staff development, creates and manages Early Learning budgets, and collaborates with community agencies in meeting the needs of YMCA members and program participants. The Director must have the ability to thrive in a busy environment, communicate eff ectively with parents, staff , and volunteers while delivering high-quality, aff ordable programs to enhance learning opportunities for children.
