Early Learning Activities/Programs

Our early learning programs and classes help children grow their self-esteem, promote a can-do attitude while packing in lots of fun. Children will learn about friendship, taking turns and problem solving through age-based activities that allow them to explore and imagine. We use a variety of games and sounds to expand newly learned language skills. Parents can choose to stay and participate alongside their child or drop them off and utilize the time to run errands, sneak a workout in or grab coffee with a friend.

CHILD WATCH THEMES
Each day our Child Watch team uses proactive and fun curriculum such as themed art projects, storytelling and interactive play to help engage children in learning.

Monday: ALL ABOUT BOOKS
Coloring books, reading books or picture books when a child is engaged in reading or touching books, it piques their curiosity and promotes a lifetime of learning through books.  Each Monday, children will make their own book or color in their favorite book. We have lots of books to share, but please feel free to bring your child’s favorite book or their favorite coloring book for them to use during this time.

Tuesday: LET’S PLAY
Children will have tons of fun, learning how to Hula Hoop, play basketball, soccer or knock down the pins in our bowling game. To add to the fun, we’ll turn on the floor projection games for kids to play around on our “virtual playground”.

Wednesday: SUPER SCIENCE
Kids will have the chance to participate in all kinds of nifty science activities geared towards engaging children in learning through creating. We’ll make elephant toothpaste (yep, elephants need to brush their teeth too), use color transfers to make fun new art, create slime and tons of interactive projects that will help kids learn about the world around them.

Thursday: WHAT CAN WE DO WITH WATER?
Water, water everywhere, which is so much fun because we can play, catch fish while learning to conserve this precious resource or even study all the animals that live in water! It’s a fun day filled with activities all centered around the wet world of water.

Friday: ART EXTRAVAGANZA
Kiddos can jump-start their artistic journey with our large selection of art activities. Whether it’s painting, using clay or playdough or even coloring, children will have a blast utilizing their creative talents to make one-of-a-kind creations to decorate your refrigerator or family art space.
