Health & Wellness

The Gallatin Valley Y offers a variety of activities, group fitness classes and programs that meet you where you are and take you where you want to be.  Our programs are designed to help people create realistic goals for self-improvement through regular exercise, proper nutrition, stress management, and health education. Participation in our fitness programs means opportunities for friendships, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence, and improved mental abilities and cognition — plus the benefits of healthy hearts, lungs, bones, and muscles.

There are many ways to get involved – including a wide variety of group exercise classes, working out in our new state-of-the-art fitness and strength training areas or getting advice from one of our fitness or nutrition experts. Choose from several supportive programs guaranteed to help you on your journey towards better health.

Our Health & Wellness area is always staffed during normal business hours, by friendly and knowledgeable Y team members dedicated to helping you. 

Like all Y programs, health and fitness programs are open to all, with financial assistance available to those demonstrating need.
