At the Y, our sports staff, coaches and volunteers all share a singular vision of helping all kids reach their potential through recreational sports and activities. We leverage the excitement and passion for recreational and competitive programming to create a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, practice teamwork, connect with others and have fun!

Y sports leagues always emphasize healthy competition over winning and encourage participants to help all teammates play their best. Whether your child likes team sports or more individualized programs such as dance or martial arts, there's a YMCA program just right for your budding young competitor.
