Board Member since 2018: Growing up in Billings, Brad spent a lot of his childhood attending the Y for swimming lessons and participating in many of the youth sport programs. Today, Brad is a licensed architect and partner at A&E Architects after spending the early part of his career in Spokane, WA. Brad’s love of architecture and passion for shaping communities has led him to focus most of his career in K-12 School and Higher Education Design. One of the most rewarding aspects to his job is watching the students step into their new school for the first time. When not at work, Brad is chasing his two young kids around the house as well shuttling his step-daughter to all of her high school activities.

Rima Zabian is a successful business and community leader dedicated to building relationships, strengthening the community fabric and boosting the bottom line. Through her lifelong passion for health and holistic well-being, Rima has led people, organizations and businesses to connect with community to help them thrive and grow. Rima’s diverse career has led to her around the globe in various capacities as a COO, Executive Director, and now as a consultant working in all areas of human behavior and organizational management, both in the ‘for profit’ and ‘non profit’ sectors. Rima is most passionate about issues related to health and wellbeing. She has worked with legislators in Canada, the UK and the US helping to address our communities most pressing social challenges, Rima is currently completing her PsyD in Transformative Psychology, and will begin her MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute in Washington, DC in 2020. Rima has a Graduate Certificate in Non Profit Executive Management & Leadership from the University of Toronto. She holds additional certifications in yoga, fitness, nutrition and addiction Rima is a keen outdoors enthusiast, triathlete and an active volunteer with various community organizations. She has a special interest in working with children and their families who are and have been affected by adverse childhood experiences, (ACES) and is currently creating an innovative and revolutionary program to counter ACES. Rima is a dedicated family person and puts great value in taking care of friends and family alike.

Board Member since 2018: Jordan is originally from Eastern Oregon, where his family owned an onion packing and shipping company. He earned a B.A. in Business from The College of Idaho. He spent time in Las Vegas working as a training and recruiting specialist in the financial services industry and earning a Ed.M. in Higher Ed Admin from UNLV, then moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he worked as an HR Manager for an upstart fuel cell company before and after they were acquired by a large defense company, eventually providing HR leadership for multiple businesses. He and his wife relocated to Bozeman in 2015. Jordan is currently the VP of HR at Zoot Enterprises and also serves on the MSU Career Services Advisory Board. He is also currently serving as President of The College of Idaho National Alumni Board and enjoys playing the piano and drums. Jordan is married to Amanda, a History professor at MSU, and they have two young daughters who keep them on their toes and will soon be participating in a number of great Y activities!

Board Member since 2015: Duane Morris spends a majority of his time at Montana State University as Director of the Event Services Division. Currently, in his 16th year at Montana State University, Duane is a 25 year veteran in facility management and was a past member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Venue Managers. As a young boy, Duane spent a great deal of time at his local YMCA and understands the value a YMCA adds to the community. Duane and his wife are parents to 3 children that alongside his job keep him pretty occupied.

Board Member since 2015: Mike Cashman grew up in the Gallatin Valley and now works full-time in the family business, Cashman Nursery. Mike graduated from Colorado State University and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Montana Nursery & Landscape Associate. Mike and his wife Jana are the proud parents of two children who are participants in YMCA programs. When he’s not working on landscaping projects or at the nursery, Mike and the family enjoy playing outside and being an active community volunteer.

Paul Lamb


Board Member since 2016: Paul Lamb has lived in the Gallatin Valley for over 25 years and is a graduate of The University of Montana, where he played football for the Grizzlies. He is currently the principal of Belgrade High School and has worked as a Math teacher and administrator for 26 years. Paul has been married for 28 years to his wife, Becky and they have two boys and a girl. His youngest is an eighth grader at Belgrade Middle school. Paul’s three children participated in YMCA sports and he sees the value that the “Y” has to offer, helping shape and train our youth in team building and good sportsmanship.

Board Member since 2017: att, relocated his family from Chicago to Bozeman in 2012. After a career in the NFL, Matt worked in the health & wellness industry before joining a Bozeman based consulting firm; Profitable Ideas Exchange, serving as a Partner, Managing Director. He is married to a Montana native and special education teacher, and are the proud parents of three young boys who are participants in YMCA programs. Matt and his family enjoy coaching budding athletes, watching football, and being outdoors.

Board Member since 2018: A Montana vintage, Mollie is proud to be a third generation native. After achieving a BA in Communications from University of Montana, Mollie moved to Bozeman for a job offer. Having lived in Bozeman for 20 years, Mollie has been developing and fine tuning her professional and leadership skills as well as building her nest. Mollie’s passion is the hospitality industry. Having managed the Historic Rainbow Ranch in Big Sky and now the Element Hotel in Downtown Bozeman, Mollie gives gratitude for these incredible opportunities. Her 9 years in the hospitality industry combined with previous experience in a professional managerial environment has provided her with excellent business sense, leadership and customer service skills. Mollie also brings to the table a passion for people, a desire to serve, and positive solution-oriented values. When not at the Element, Mollie can be found spending time with her family, enjoying the beauty of Montana, hiking, biking, surfing, paddle boarding and running the trails.

Board Member since 2019: Born in Laramie, Wyoming and raised in Whitefish Graver has called Montana home his entire life. He graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelors in Speech Communication and a Master’s in Education. Graver has been a part of the Bozeman Fire Department for 22 years, starting as a firefighter and advancing to Captain and now Battalion Chief. Alongside the Fire Department, he is a Loan Officer on the Shannon and Graver Team at Cornerstone Home Lending, with 13+ years experience in the mortgage industry. Graver’s wife, Amy, is a teacher at Bozeman High School and Fitness Instructor at the Ridge Athletic Club. They have two kids, Andrew and Emily. Andrew currently attends Montana State University while Emily just graduated from MSU’s College of Nursing. Both careers allow Graver to be heavily involved in events and activities around the Gallatin Valley. He looks forward to giving back to his community through involvement in the YMCA.

Jackie has been living and working in the Gallatin Valley since 1998 and graduated from Montana State University in 2002. Growing up in North Dakota, she practically “grew up at the the Y”, participating in numerous YMCA activities and programs. Recently retired from 15+ years in the construction and mining industry, Jackie now consults and directs her energy towards helping numerous area nonprofits. As a Board member of the Gallatin Valley YMCA, Jackie directs her energies towards helping the Y meet the expanding needs of the valley and providing leadership for the organization. When she’s not volunteering or participating in community events, Jackie enjoys being active with her family including swimming, skiing and golfing.

Originally from the Florida Panhandle, Matt and his wife moved to Bozeman from Tallahassee, Florida in 2014. While in Tallahassee, Matt earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. He has been a licensed CPA for over 6 years and became a shareholder at Holmes & Turner in 2017. Matt focuses mainly on Accounting and Auditing engagements, which includes nonprofit organizations. While away from the office, Matt and his wife Emily embrace everything Montana has to offer and spend a majority of their time exploring the Montana backcountry with their golden retriever Stella.
