Our Registration Process
How it Works
Summer camp registration at the Gallatin Valley YMCA is easy and done online. Families select their camper’s grade level and desired camp weeks, then complete registration and payment through the YMCA’s portal. Member discounts, payment plans, and scholarship options are available, and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Scholarship Information
The Gallatin Valley YMCA offers financial assistance and camp scholarships to help families afford summer camp and ensure every child has the opportunity to participate, regardless of ability to pay. Assistance is typically based on family income and need, and families can apply for support during the online registration process or by contacting the YMCA directly for details about available funds and how to qualify.
