Teen Day Camp Summer Themes 2026

TIME TRAVEL: WEEK 1, JUNE 15TH-19TH 

Explore different historical eras through themed crafts, games, and activities related to the specific time period, such as Ancient Egypt or the Roman Empire. 

Field Trip: American Computer Museum & Post Office Tour 

MOUNTAIN WEEK: WEEK 2, JUNE 22ND-25TH

Focus on survival skills, including shelter building, map-making, nature scavenger hunts, and learning about local ecosystems. 

Field Trip: Explore Hyalite and Big Sky Archery 

TREASURE SEEKERS: WEEK 3, JUNE 29TH - JULY 2ND (NO CAMP JULY 3RD)

Become a detective and unveil the mysteries at camp. We’ll create maps, participate in scavenger hunts, mine for real gems! Everyday is a mystery and anything can happen. 

Field Trip Ideas: Lewis and Clark Caverns & Geo Cashing 

TEENS TO THE RESCUE: WEEK 4, JULY 6TH-10TH

Get ready for a week of purpose, passion, and positive impact! Teens to the Rescue is all about empowering young leaders to step up, take action, and make their world a better place. Through hands-on service projects, team challenges, and creative problem-solving, campers will discover the power they have to help others, protect the planet, and lead with heart.

Field Trip: Community Service Project, Tour of the Police and Fire Station 

SURF AND SAND WEEK: WEEK 5, JULY 13TH-17TH 

Catch the wave and dive into an action-packed week of water, sun and sand. Surf and Sand week is all about embracing the beach lifestyle, with a mix of outdoor activities, water games and beach themed crafts. 

Field Trip: White Water Rafting and Last Chance Water Park 

COLOR GAMES: WEEK 6, JULY 20TH-24TH

Get ready for a week full of color, creativity, and excitement! Color Games Week brings campers together to play, explore, and celebrate all things bright and bold. From colorful obstacle courses and art projects to team challenges and outdoor adventures, every activity is designed to inspire energy, imagination, and friendship. Whether they’re creating rainbow crafts, racing in paint-inspired relays, or designing their own colorful team flags, this week is all about fun, laughter, and living life in full color.

Field Trip: Arena Action Sports, Jump Time or Outtabounds Golf 

INVENTION CONVENTION: WEEK 7, JULY 27TH-31ST

Get ready to invent, create, and innovate! During Inventors Week, campers will explore the exciting world of design and engineering—using imagination and recycled materials to build something amazing. From cardboard contraptions and bottle rockets to recycled art and eco-engineering challenges, campers will discover how creativity and problem-solving can help make the world a better place.

Field Trip: 4 Corners Recycling, Bowling 

EXTREME TEEN: WEEK 8, AUGUST 3RD-7TH

Courage isn’t about being fearless—it’s about stepping up when things get tough. Extreme Teen Week challenges campers to take risks, support each other, and realize that the greatest victories come from effort, resilience, and heart.

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!: WEEK 9, AUGUST 10TH-14TH

Step into the spotlight and let your imagination shine! Lights, Camera, Action! Summer Camp invites campers to explore the exciting world of theater, film, and performance. From acting out skits to costume and set design campers will experience all the magic that goes into telling a story.

Field Trip: Partnership with KGLT, Bowling 

SUMMER CAMP REWIND: WEEK 10, AUGUST 17TH-21ST

Every great adventure deserves a grand finale! Camp Rewind reminds campers to appreciate how far they’ve come, celebrate what they’ve learned, and cherish the friendships and memories they’ve made. It’s not goodbye—it’s “see you next summer!”

We will celebrate with our annual end of summer camp carnival!
